Music and Health
Everybody knew music, even when we were kids, the first song is hear by our ear, sang by our parents. The songs that make us sleep, song that calm us. Based on those facts we do know that there are relationship between music and health.
Medical therapy which are using music as a trigger for increase patients physical condition, including emotion and social for each patient individual. Thus the affect cannot be seen directly, but it is helping patient treatment.
Music stimulates the release of endorphin (a brain chemical that serves to cover the pain).
Music can also maximize the effects of visualization exercises, curing insomnia or trouble sleeping.
With music therapy, it can increase levels of melatonin (a brain chemical that encourages deep sleep).
Therapy with making music as a therapy of the bedtime ritual, also able to reduce stress.
In one research says that by listening to the music of the patients operated on and the patients and doctors involved in the operation will feel relaxed while doing their job. Also you might ever heard baby on their mother wombs, listening calm or instrumental music resulting on faster stimulation on the baby brain which are believed could made the baby more clever. Whatever it is, but we do know music have effecting on our lives, and that’s why we have to be selective on listening our music.
