Music in Church, music of worship

Singing praises to the Lord God is the most beautifully moving ways to honor and express our love of Him. On this point, there is unanimous agreement among the Christian Church; however, there is a group of believers who teach that it is “unscriptural” to use musical instruments and offer up spiritual songs, hymns, and psalms acappela-style in worship services.

The worship of God could not be experienced more profoundly without offering up to Him songs of praise, devotion, love, thankfulness, and reverence for all the many blessings which has been bestowed upon those who are His children. Many Christian Churches have choirs who edify the flock with special renditions of praise through songs they have rehearsed and dedicate to the glory of God, while a few others offer praises to God through songs sung by the entire congregation of worshippers. Yet within the body of Christ there are a small minority who take a theological position that it is “sinful” or without Biblical authority to use mechanical instruments of music in the worship of the Lord God. To these strict interpreters of the Bible, acappela singing is the only acceptable manner that is pleasing in the sight of God. It is prudent therefore to examine the Holy Scriptures to determine the proper guidance in this matter of faith practice.

Music and Light as healing instrument

All living matter in the universe has a spark of the Creator in it. This matter never disappears completely from the recycling that is the basis of the planet’s existence, with the exception of the husk, or form that the minute subatomic particles are enclosed in.

The way our electric light works is by making use of the particles after they are dead. This is similar to a “legacy” they leave behind them. It is comparable to the books you leave behind after you have made your transition. They will “light up” the existence of future generations. The same thing is true of our electricity. It actually was produced eons ago and is a legacy left behind by the trillions and trillions of subatomic particles that caused it to be available.

When someone is about to make a life decision, he does not just rush into it like it was a decision whether to have cereal or waffles for breakfast. If you are in the middle of choosing which instrument to learn to play for either yourself or your child, you are more than likely to visit more than one musical instrument store. There are also a few decisions you need to make about which kind of instrument fits your style.

There are also many levels of difficulty depending on the instrument as well. If you are having a little bit of trouble with hearing the notes exactly, it might be a good idea to try something other than a string instrument. The violin and its family are not kind to those who are a little tone deaf. Since there are no frets like on the guitar, it is not as forgiving as many other instruments. The piano, however, is a great choice for those who are serious about learning an instrument and learning about the culture and history of classical music. If you decide to learn the piano, you cannot escape the classic music of Beethoven and Mozart. It can definitely be thoroughly impressive when classics are played well though and the piano definitely represents that kind of music flawlessly.
